Below is a breakdown of all of our meeting spaces at the Gaylord Texan:
The GYTO Information Desk is located on the Longhorn Exhibit Level, near the Longhorn F entrance. Longhorn D-F is our main general session room.
The GYTO Collective Merch Store hours are below:. Sunday: 12pm - 6pm, 9pm-10pm. Monday: 6:45am - 8pm. Tuesday: 6:45am - 8pm. Wednesday: 6:45am - 2pm. The GYTO Collective is located in the main hotel atrium near the Yellow Rose Ballroom.
The GYTO Library hours are below:. Monday: 6:45am - 8pm. Tuesday: 6:45am - 8pm. Wednesday: 6:45am - 2pm. The GYTO Library is located on the ballroom level, immediately at the top of the escalators. Coffee and snacks will also be sold each day!

For guests with reservations at the Gaylord Texan Resort, hotel check-in is in the main hotel lobby. Get Your Teach On has no control over hotel reservations. With over 6,000 attendees, there will be a lot of people checking into the Gaylord Texan Re
The Gaylord Texan has ample self-parking available. Get Your Teach On has no control over the parking fees and we encourage you to carpool to save money on parking.
